Kale, spinach salad, roasted sweet potatoes, boiled eggs, pumpkin seeds, roasted walnuts, feta, and a sesame, honey and ginger dressing

  • Spinach: Spinach contains vitamin A, vitamin C and zinc; all are required to support a healthy immune system.
